a menu prepared by the master chef and students from the MCC Institute for the Culinary Arts.

Students bring you a five-course, prix fixe menu featuring charcuterie. This menu is inspired
by Certified Master Chef Frederic H. "Fritz" Sonnenschmidt, who we have the honor of
hosting for this one-night event.
