Metro Reads!

Students

The Try is a short, interesting read that will definitely have an impact on the reader. Students are encouraged to get a copy of the book, read it, and participate in book discussion groups or informal discussion with others who have read the book. The MCC Libraries have several copies of the book you can borrow. It is also available for purchase from the MCC bookstores, or at Amazon.com.

If you don't like to read, but are interested in improving your reading skills and making a difference in your life at the same time, The Try is the book for you! And if you do like to read, but feel you don't have the time, you can read this book one short story at a time—you'll be amazed by the wisdom and motivation it contains!
